Top-up rules

A top-up adds wallet credits and is separate from buying a subscription. Check both the credits received and the payment amount before checkout.

Online top-up flow

  1. Sign in and open Top-ups.
  2. Select an available payment method, then enter an integer amount or choose a preset.
  3. Review the calculated payment, currency, minimum amount, and any offer.
  4. Proceed to checkout and complete the order.
  5. Return to Nbility and verify Payment Orders under top-up history and the wallet balance.

Available payment methods depend on current site configuration. A method absent from the page is not guaranteed to be available. Minimums can vary by method; review the preview again after switching methods.

Quantity, payment, and credits

The $ symbol denotes site credits. The published ordinary CNY rule is ¥1 = $1 site credit, not an exchange into US dollars.

When a preset shows a discount, select it and inspect the server-calculated amount due. A top-up offer and a developer-level request multiplier apply at different stages; do not apply a top-up discount again to each API request.

This guide does not fix minimum amounts, supported payment methods, or discount percentages. Use the information displayed before payment and the current published terms.

Redemption codes

Enter a complete code in the redemption section on the same page. The result can be:

  • Credits added to the wallet.
  • A subscription activated with benefits shown on the subscriptions page.

Check the success message for the type. A subscription redemption is not an equivalent wallet deposit. For errors, check the code, validity, and redemption status without posting the full code publicly.

Check the order state and payment account, and retain the order number, payment time, and receipt. Closing checkout, returning to the site, or seeing a pending state does not confirm credited funds.

Do not create or pay repeated orders to refresh the status. If it remains unresolved, submit redacted order details through a ticket for reconciliation.

Balance and refunds

The current site explanation says purchased wallet credits are retained by default. Subscription validity follows separate plan rules; campaign credits or special agreements follow their own terms.

See the Refund policy for eligibility and process. Wallet credits are not a freely withdrawable cash balance, and consumed resources are not automatically refundable.
